This Refund Policy applies to Tatvika Fragrances, a brand owned and operated by SRT Enterprises, India.

At Tatvika, we take great care to ensure that every pack of incense reaches you in perfect condition. Because our products are consumable and related to personal use, we follow a no return / no exchange policy except in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

1. Return Eligibility

You will be eligible for a return / replacement only if:

  1. The product received is physically damaged, or incorrect; and
  2. You inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp; and
  3. The product is unused and in its original packaging (outer carton, inner boxes, labels, etc.); and
  4. You provide proof of issue – clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage/defect and the shipping label.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened packs, partially used products, or products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear & tear (e.g., broken sticks after opening)
  • Products purchased during sale / promotional offers, combo packs or free gifts
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • “Change of mind” or fragrance preference (e.g., you don’t like the fragrance, ordered by mistake, etc.)

3. How to Raise a Return Request

If your order is delivered damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at hello@tatvikafragrances.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9380982378 within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, name and contact number.
  3. Attach photos / video clearly showing:
  • The outer packaging
  • The inner product
  • The defect / damage
  • The shipping label

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days with the next steps.

4. Refunds / Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement of the same product wherever possible, OR
  • Provide a refund to your original payment method if replacement is not possible.

Refund timelines:

  • Usually 5–7 business days after approval. Actual time may depend on your bank / payment gateway.

Shipping charges:

In case of approved damaged / wrong product claims, we bear the pick-up / reshipping cost.

If the issue is not verified on inspection, the product may be returned back to you, and shipping charges may apply.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
